ARE BLOATWARES HARMFUL; NO. But they might consume valuable resources like disk space or memory, resulting in a reduced performance.

HOW DO I REMOVE BLOATWARES; 

Your must be rooted to do this.

Download and install Titanium Backup 

Be sure what to delete so as not to delete apps your phone needs to function

I advice you do a Nandroid backup before doing this and other system tweaks.

Open Titanium Backup.

Click on Backup/Restore.

Apps in red are the system apps.

Apps in green are installed apps.

Highlight any app you want to uninstall.

Click uninstall.

Reboot the phone after this
